• Prices per person and day, including breakfast
• Prices do not include visitor's tax of EUR 1,40 (EUR 1,90 from May 2025)
• Short stays upon request. Short stay surcharge in high season EUR 5,- up to the 3rd night / in low season up to the 2nd night
• New Year: Minimum stay of 5 days

Inclusive services

• Our prices include bathrobes, sauna towels and slippers for the sauna
• You can borrow toboggans, plate sledges, snowshoes and hiking poles from us free of charge
• We are happy to provide cots, baby monitors, high chairs, bottle warmers, changing mats and nappy bins, etc. free of charge

Reductions for children in their parents‘ room (two full-paying adults):

• 0–5 years: free of charge
• 6–9 years: 50% discount
• 10–13 years: 30% discount
• 14–16 years: 10% discount

Arrival and departure

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 am on the day of your departure. Please also be aware that you cannot usually move into your room before 14:00 pm on the day you arrive.

Deposit

When you make a reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of approx. 30% per room to our account. We will let you know the exact amount of the deposit when you make your reservation.

Cancellations

Room cancellations are only valid in writing. No cancellation fees up to 3 months prior to the start of your holiday.

Travel insurance

A hotel booking is a contract of sale. In the event of cancellation, late arrival, early departure, etc., cancellation fees will be charged. The Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply and we are entitled to charge up to 80% in the event of a last-minute cancellation.

Things don't always go to plan (illness, accident, etc.). We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance. We recommend the travel cancellation cover of the https://www.europaeische.at/en/.

Non-smoking establishment

We would like to point out that we are a non-smoking establishment and smoking is therefore not permitted in our dining room. Similarly, smoking is not permitted in our rooms. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony, terrace or in front of the entrance.

Dogs

We charge a flat rate of €10 per dog and per day without food (please bring your own dog blanket or basket). Please understand that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining room during mealtimes. We reserve the right to charge for any necessary final cleaning and damage.
